In the past, Honeyville, but they don't have them in stock, nobody does right now. I hope these are available soon. It's a good product and really good in this.

This is absolutely the best sub for sweetened condensed milk I've tried, and I've tried a bunch.

It is really sad to read some of Kevin's threads posthumously and to see his little granddaughter and to think how she must miss him.

He was an amazing food chemist/scientist. He worked with state of the art ingredients which put him in a class of his own. It would be great to have all his recipes somewhere easily accessible - That would be good.

Jennifer, I echo the same. He definitely made his mark on this board. I was looking forward to seeing new pix of his granddaughter as she was growing up.

I know, Pam. I would also have liked to have seen those pics of his granddaughter growing up. It is really so sad and the worst part is that he was relatively young really. Same thing with Tom (owner of Netrition) who died way too young as well. Very, very sad; two huge losses for the low-carb community.

Yes, I too miss him so much. It is odd how we can develop a "kinship" with someone whom we have never met, and is no relation to us. I too will miss his posts, and miss seeing pic of that little girl growing up.

LindaSue explained in an earlier post why she feels she cannot put his recipes on her site.

Several of us are working to find all his recipes, and possibly put them in one post on here, or somewhere easily accessible. As others or myself find recipes, I have been adding the links to his sticky (in the Sticky threads forum) that contains the links to his recipes. Some were already archived there, some were not. If you haven't already, hope you will check that sticky out.
If you know of a recipe that is not there (be sure to check the last pages of the thread!) please let us know.
This is not actually a thread with all his recipes in one thread, but rather a thread of links to his recipes, which he started.

It worked perfect. I plan on using this from now on. Very easy to prepare and seems to be a perfect sub taste and texture. No need to heat the mixture since the powdered eggs are pasteurized.

It is odd how we can develop a "kinship" with someone whom we have never met, and is no relation to us. I too will miss his posts, and miss seeing pic of that little girl growing up. Several of us are working to find all his recipes, and possibly put them in one post on here, or somewhere easily accessible. As others or myself find recipes, I have been adding the links to his sticky (in the Sticky threads forum) that contains the links to his recipes. Some were already archived there, some were not. If you haven't already, hope you will check that sticky out. If you know of a recipe that is not there (be sure to check the last pages of the thread!) please let us know. I hope these are available soon. It's a good product and really good in this. This is absolutely the best sub for sweetened condensed milk I've tried, and I've tried a bunch.

He was an amazing food chemist/scientist. He worked with state of the art ingredients which put him in a class of his own. It would be great to have all his recipes somewhere easily accessible - That would be good.

I would also have liked to have seen those pics of his granddaughter growing up. It is really so sad and the worst part is that he was relatively young really. Same thing with Tom (owner of Netrition) who died way too young as well. Very, very sad; two huge losses for the low-carb community.
