I had missed him for so long. Now I will miss him forever.

Kevin was such a wonderful helpful person. I've been bragging IRL about how awesome He is and how he took the plunge so many times that many of us feared to take.

I was looking forward to whatever was going on to pass and that he'd be back here at LCF sharing and his avatar of him and his cute granddaughter.

Well,dang.

I am so sorry to hear this news. Kevin was a genius in the kitchen who patiently answered everyone's cooking questions, and gave freely of his time to help others out on their LC journey. He will be greatly missed.

I'm very sad to hear of Kevin's passing. He was a huge influence and help in my first foray into LC in 2005. I always had hoped he would publish a cookbook of all his delightful recipes.

I am so sad to hear this news...What a great, patient man he was.. I never felt silly or stupid asking him questions about cooking/baking...he always was so kind. You will be missed, I am just sorry you probably will never know how much you meant to all of us here. RIP, and hugs to your family, I know they will really miss you.

Kevin was always so generous with his time and talents; his delicata squashBrowns, in particular, have saved the day for DH on more than one occasion. Peace and prayers to his family.

I was sad to hear of Kevin’s passing. He had a great passion for his Family and cooking, sharing his genius recipes in his caring manner for so many. My prayers go out to his family and friends at this difficult time.

Very sad news. I don't frequent this forum very often (rarely posting), but his recipes were always ones that I paid special note. I was impressed with his selfless sharing of recipes, willingness to experiment to make something LC-friendly. I hope someone can compile his recipes so that his legacy lives on.
