I made your biscuits today!

Thank you, Kevin - I really enjoyed these! These biscuits were super! My sons loved them too and they are not low-carbers. That's high praise coming from them! I them!! Your Cake and Cookie Bake Mix is excellent! I look forward to trying more of your recipes.

I made these today and they're great--even rolled too thin and cut too big. Mine didn't rise much, though. I didn't have resistant wheat starch 75, only 70. Would that have made a difference? The taste was awesome, either way. I'll definitely be making these again!

I finally made some of these today and I'm sorry I waited so long. They are great! They're so easy to whip up, I always have the cake and cookie flour mix on hand and all the other ingredients I'm never without either. Thanks Kevin - great biscuits! I can see a lot of them in my future!

Thanks Tweak, I made some of these about a month ago and split them in half and put a turkey saugage patty, fried egg round, and cheese on each then vacumn packed it in my food saver and froze them. Now i just take them out of the freezer and nuke them for 2 min and have an instant breakfast sandwich.

Kevinpa, you are so smart. I must make these this weekend. I kinda feel like cooking. Also your grandbaby is so cute and getting so much bigger. Mine are almost teenagers now, but like you, I think grandkids are the bee's knees. Julie

Thank you Kevin!!!

I just pulled these out of the oven and couldn't fight the urge to try one. It was almost too hot to handle. Wow, it was good! I wish I hadn't waited so long to make these. Live and learn.

Wow...these are awesome! Thanks so much, Kevin, for all your experimentation to make great low carb stuff for us mortals. I assume these can be frozen?
