My LC experience was always so much richer because of Kevin.

I remember Scott123 telling me about him before he came over to LCF. (and just where is Scott123 these days? anybody?)

He was saying that he knew of this guy who was having lots of luck with resistant wheat starch, or that's how I remember it. And eventually there was Kevin's bake mix!

I know so many have said the same thing, but I do feel the loss of this cyber friend who was so generous, talented, and funny. Pax, Kevin. Requiescat pacem.

I've been working my way through these posts, and I'm just wondering, what happened to Kevinpa? Did he pass away? He seemed so young! Does anyone know?

I did a more intensive search, and although I couldn't find anything conclusive, I read this:

I have no idea how he died, but he had a recurrance of polio symptoms from his childhood illness. He was in the hospital last year for quite a while but eventually returned to the boards. I'm pretty sure he was having breathing problems from this condition. Perhaps it finally overcame him. If anyone knows for sure maybe they'll post something.
