White Chocolate Mousse

Jude gave me a recipe for White Chocolate Mousse so I thought I'd try it.

4 oz cocoa butter
2 Tbsp butter

1/2 cup powdered erythritol
1/4 tsp splenda quick pack
1 tsp not/Sugar
1 Tbsp pure vanilla
1 C heavy cream, whipped
pinch salt

Directions as above.

I would bet that it would work in a whipper....lol I wish I would have thought of that.

Thanks Kevin, I have all the ingrds but didn't have the time today to make it. This is going to be a project for my home Schooled chef. I'll let ya know how it turns out with the whipper.
