Kevin is a super chef! I made his:
Simple White Bread (Excellent) Spaghetti Squash Pie (Excellent) Polly Want A Thin And Crispy Cheese Cracker Pizza (Excellent) Latkes (Excellent) I can't wait to try his other recipes; however, I need to place that order for the sweetners. I am waiting on a few items to come in... Thanks Kevin for sharing your recipes with us!! My DH and DD are becoming fans as well! Marla Plum PA |

I love his pictures that accompany his recipes! Any of the recipes that I have tried I have kept in my books to have again and again.
Okay we love love his Scalloped Cauliflower/Green Beans (we use ham instead of bacon, makes a good meal) Chocolate Chip Cookies Squash Browns with eggs "Mock" Sweet Pototo Casserole Delicata Squash Pie (however I made it with Butternut squash, something I never would have thought of if he hadn't mentioned it. MUCH better than pumpkin I have always used for pie) Last edited by catkan; 02-20-2007 at 12:14 PM.. Reason: afterthought |

Kevinpa: You are SO ambitious and with being retired at such a young age have more time to cook than I do. I would love to know what your favorite "After Work" recipes would be as I have been anxious to try some of your recipes. I would also like to try a favorite Sunday Best recipe too!
Also, We aren't big into baked goods at my house and I haven't ever purchased or cooked with a lot of the LC ingredients like Carbquick or Isomalt - but after seeing some of these recipes I may start. Thanks for your help and your recipes!
