Leigh, I always keep a full batch of these in my freezer and are a staple in this house. Other than right out of the oven my favorite way to eat these is right out of the freezer.

These are the best LC Chocolate Chip cookies of any I have ever made! These are the only chocolate chip cookies I make around Christmas.

I also ad a half a pack of these to the mix:Dixie Diner Carb Counters Instant Pudding Mix

Just wonderful! :]

Thanks for the fantastic low carb chocolate chip cookie recipe. I have made the
Diixie Diner choc chip cookies and brownies and they were also fantastic-but they have more carbs than your recipe and are alot more pricey. So wonderful of you to post!
(and Mac24312-you are an inspiration to me in low carbing and seeing that people can keep with it and maintain too!!)

I will be maintain for 6 years this October.
I am also in menopause now and believe me its really hard to keep my weight in check. I even have to watch calories now.

Believe me, If I can do it YOU can also!
