Thought I'd give you all a chuckle, I read the title as Zuchinni Corn Flakes. Was really wondering about how you'd accomplished that, kevin.

I can't for the life of me find Soy Grits, I know you can get them at Netrition but I already placed an order and don't want to spend ship/handling just for soy grits. Can I use TVP in place? or won't come out the same? Thanks

The original recipe called for corn meal Sherrie. Tvp I am afraid would not be anything like what texture a sub would need to be. If I didn't have soy grits
I might have tried almond flour.

I read that hazelnut flour replaces cornmeal, so it might work for soy grits also.
