Another Peanutbutter Cookie
 

1 1/4 cups LC creamy peanutbutter
2 eggs
1/4 cup peanutbutter davinci syrup
1 t. vanilla
1/4 t. sweetzfree
1/2 cup wheat protein isolate 5000
1 1/2 t. baking powder
2 t. not/Sugar
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Combine wet ingredients.
Combine dry ingredients.
Mix dry into wet.

Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Flatten balls with fork.
Bake in a 325 preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Yeild 2 dozen.....2 carbs each

Carolyn, that brings up a question: I've heard people post before that the Nature's Flavors peanut butter flavor was awful; but they never said WHICH it was, of the two types NF carries, that they tried. Were you by chance speaking of that brand, and if so, was it the "no peanut" (no allergy) one or the other?

I forgot to ask: was that "prepared" (super smooth, sweeetened) LC peanut butter that you used, or was it natural?

I just bought some LorAnn Gourmet flavor oils (Butterscotch and Butter Rum), anybody ever try these?

I bought up about 30 jars of carb option PB a few months ago that I have to use by mid 2007. It was all creamy....so when I say PB till the middle of next year......I'm talking Carb Option......:hyst:

Wow these look great! But unfortunately I dont have any Peanut butter davinci and the stores around here only carry vanilla, raspberry amd carmel in the DaVinci and I can get Torani syrups but they do not have Peanut butter. Is there something else I could use in place of the DaVinci peanut butter and they'd still come out good?

PB and carmel or PB and vanilla would work.

there is enough PB in them to still make it the main flavor of the cookie.

BUMP!!! Kevin....I made these today and they are excellent! I've had this recipe for a long, long time, and finally bought the Davinci's Peanut Butter SF syrup so I could try them. Man oh man...what a treat! Thanks, Kevin!
