That looks delicious! I would have serious portion control issues with this!

I made this today (I made the whole recipe). I only added 1/2 of the whipping cream because it just seemed to not need 6 cups.

It is very good except I do not like the little chunks of cottage cheese,
Next time I will leave out the cottage cheese and maybe all the whip cream.

Oh, by the why, Kevin the crumbled Oatmeal Cookies are awesome sprinkled on top of this

Yea, my DW told me the same thing......and I said "alright!!!" more for me.......

j/k I know everybodies tastes are a little different, my mother used to make a lime jello salad with pineapple walnuts and cottage cheese in it when I was young.....and I was the only 1 who liked it.....

6 cups SF Land O Lakes Whipped Heavy Cream (4 carbs)

I am a little confused about the above. Is it 6 cups of heavy cream, that you add 1 cup at a time as you are mixing this? SF Land O Lakes Whipped Heavy Cream sounds like that which comes in a can but it would take several cans to make 6 cups?? Help me figure out what to use, this sounds so good. And Kevin, I love that Lime Cottage cheese/walnut salad to, in fact, think I will make some up without the pineapple or cut way back on the pineapple.

Buffy, in the 14oz can of SF Land O Lakes Whipped Heavy Cream.....believe it or not, there is between 12 and 13 cups. I have measured 3 cans and have been within 1/2 cup difference each time.
Do I measure it out each time? No....I have made this many time and can judge 6 cups pretty good. If you feel better about it.....use a 2 cup glass measuring cup and fill it up 3 times and then stir it in.

Thanks Kevin, I have used that product but had no idea it would come out to that much. BTW, saw you asking about the whipped cream dispenser, I have that and use it just for whipped cream so don't buy the cans very often. I do know that using that, a pint of cream goes a long way. I will print this recipe off, sounds so good.
