I made this today (I made the whole recipe). I only added 1/2 of the whipping cream because it just seemed to not need 6 cups.
It is very good except I do not like the little chunks of cottage cheese, Next time I will leave out the cottage cheese and maybe all the whip cream. Oh, by the why, Kevin the crumbled Oatmeal Cookies are awesome sprinkled on top of this ![]() Beth |

6 cups SF Land O Lakes Whipped Heavy Cream (4 carbs)
I am a little confused about the above. Is it 6 cups of heavy cream, that you add 1 cup at a time as you are mixing this? SF Land O Lakes Whipped Heavy Cream sounds like that which comes in a can but it would take several cans to make 6 cups?? Help me figure out what to use, this sounds so good. And Kevin, I love that Lime Cottage cheese/walnut salad to, in fact, think I will make some up without the pineapple or cut way back on the pineapple.

Do I measure it out each time? No....I have made this many time and can judge 6 cups pretty good. If you feel better about it.....use a 2 cup glass measuring cup and fill it up 3 times and then stir it in. |

Thanks Kevin, I have used that product but had no idea it would come out to that much. BTW, saw you asking about the whipped cream dispenser, I have that and use it just for whipped cream so don't buy the cans very often. I do know that using that, a pint of cream goes a long way. I will print this recipe off, sounds so good.
