Could you not use crushed pork rinds in place of the LC bread?

Kevin, your GD is a darling! She's gotten so big - and now walking! We've watched her grow up thanks to Gramps and his camera.

I really dislike pork rinds but I imagine they would work if you like them. Personally I make LC bread and then make bread crumbs from that.

Julie, I usually bake an extra loaf of bread when I am baking and make the entire thing into bread crumbs and keep them in my pantry in a ziplock bag. It lasts quite awhile.

i had a question for anyone who has tried the first recipe, because i tried it and it came out a little on the burnt side and had a bitter after taste, none the less they're great but was wondering if someone could help me into making them much better as Kevin's. I'd greatly appreciate it!
