thank you very much for the recipes if you don't mind can i ask you one more thing i have a lot of dessert recipe that call for soy and i would like to know if you have a flour that is lower in carbs then oat flour. I use a lot almond flour now and some of these recipes call for almond and soy so I need another option. If you have any idea please let me know. This is the first time I have ever been of a low carb or healthy food plan in my life I need and want toget it right..........

I made these last week.. great crunch and they even spread out in the oven. After they cooked I added some cinnamon and splenda mixed together on top. Next time I make them... I'll add cinnamon to the dough as well.

Great recipe!

WOE: LC/HF, for now
I made these this morning. The smell is heavenly, and they look just like Kevin's photo.

I ate one warm off the cookie sheet and it was a little bit gritty textured. That might change after they sit for a while, but in any case, the flavor is just divine! Best tasting low carb baked item I've ever produced!
