Kevin I'm realy new at threads so can you tell me how to fine your Sticky I would love to get your lc grape nut recipe.
and I too would like to know what I can use for soy me and my hubby can have it at all.....thank for any help |

thank you very much for the recipes if you don't mind can i ask you one more thing i have a lot of dessert recipe that call for soy and i would like to know if you have a flour that is lower in carbs then oat flour. I use a lot almond flour now and some of these recipes call for almond and soy so I need another option. If you have any idea please let me know.This is the first time I have ever been of a low carb or healthy food plan in my life I need and want toget it right..........

P.S. In your link you have a LC cake or cookie flour mix (9 carbs) made with carbquik have you very made your own I have seen a recipe for it and just thought I would ask you.

I made these this morning. The smell is heavenly, and they look just like Kevin's photo.
I ate one warm off the cookie sheet and it was a little bit gritty textured. That might change after they sit for a while, but in any case, the flavor is just divine! Best tasting low carb baked item I've ever produced! |
