Eggs v Egg Whites...Dilema

Hi All.. I am a little confused about eggs. Are we allowed to have eggs on the diet as a protein source on week one... I know egg whites are allowed but wasnt sure about regular whole eggs...if we can have eggs, how many? Thanks again!

I was told we could only have 2 real eggs all week, but unlimited egg whites, that was what my clinic told me.
