I want it to work, too!

Hello -

I have an appointment on Wednesday and I think I am going to sign up. I have reached my wits end with the battle of my weight.

How has the first week been for you?

Come to Medi friends 2014 thread

Good morning,

I am doing a "restart" today. Come to the Medi Friends 2014 thread. That's where most of the activity seems to be.

We can do this!

I was reading this morning about maintenance, and it seems that losing weight is not the issue, it's keeping it off. Maybe it's time to do some hypnosis along with the program!

I spent some time today educating myself on the ketosis, etc. Apparently it's the most natural state for us to be in, like in the hunter-gatherer days! Man, all these peeps had me convinced it was so dangerous for your body. Yeah, I think it's been overkill on the cakes, cookies and doughnuts that has created the dangers! Sheesh!

Oh yeah, and about that hypnosis...I might have to employ it! I am determined that after I pay for this, and complete the program, that I won't be like this again. Like you said, Carolina...whatever it takes!

Hommmmmm.

I did hypnosis 2 x's and it just did not work for me. I spent a lot of money for it and learned how to do it "self-hypnosis" I would compare it to meditation.
