New!

This is my first day on medi and I'm craving sugar so badly I could cry!! I know this first week is the hardest but if anyone has any tips for me they would be greatly appreciated. I'm not really hungry but I must obviously eat out of boredom and for emotional reasons because I'm struggling with wanting to eat sugary, starchy foods! I fail at every diet and really want to succeed this time!

I am restarting today, going to the clinic. Really the first 3 days are the hardest. The stay slim works for me, I find I don't crave anything when I am on them. Good luck, post here and on other threads, you will find lots of help!

Be strong! The first week is the toughest for cravings, but it gets better. If I need to eat something, I go for protein. I also drink Vitawater Zero if I'm really craving something. Good luck!
