Just ending week 2 and not feeling it!! Need help!

Hi Everyone, I'm new to this site. I'm so happy I found you guys!!

So, tomorrow is my 2 week weigh in. First week I lost 7.8lbs. However, this week (by my scale) I haven't lost anything!!! I'm freaking out!! I am taking the appetite suppressant but, I feel like it's not working as it did last week. Last week I felt great and had a TON of energy. However this week I am hungry and tired! Grrrr

I lost big the first week too and then only lost a little over a pound the 2nd and 3rd week. But then I started to have bigger weekly losses.

I felt awful the first couple weeks. I'm on week 12 and feel pretty good now. It becomes easier and easier and I am steadily losing weight.

It is so worth it.

Starving

Hi I started midi weight-loss on Wednesday. This is day three for me and I am absolutely miserable. I am constantly hungry. I wake up every night at two or three in the morning because my stomach is grumbling. I started this so I'm going to commit to it. But I feel strange because everyone says how they don't feel hungry on this plan, I'm starving. I have five kids and no energy. Someone please tell me it gets better.

I feel the same as you. I am a bit discouraged the diet wont work. Last week (my 1st week) I lost 6lbs. Now I havent lost anything this week. Ive been sticking to it. My problem was in the past usually my lifestyle this amount of food is my NORMAL, so I am not even taking the appetite suppresent and find it so hard to get up to the 700-800 they want me at. I get up to 450 and dont feel hungry any more for the entire day and have to force myself to eat so my body must not be used to all this food....... Also heres a tip. Eat the lean food- especially seafood- you can eat much more of it than the others. You will feel like you are eating all day if you stick to that side of the this. Thats what i did the last 2 weeks, but I think Im going to switch it to the middle list now bc Im so sick of eating, haha. Also I hear ppl say dring chicken broth to make you feel full.
