Hello! I'm new to Medi Weightloss
 
Well, technically not * New* but I am starting my second week :)

So far I have lost 8.8 lbs and I have to say it is an easy program and I rather like it so far!

Any advice?

After the first few weeks, start logging your food on web site, use a food scale that measures to the gram, track your weight as frequently as you feel comfortable, don't panic over normal weight fluctuations day to day if you weigh daily, and have a plan for when you are hungry and tempted to go outside of the diet.

Exercise, somehow, even a little.
Drink lots of water.
Take measurements now, so when you see your progress in 1-2 months you can have something objective to compare it to.
Avoid cooking for others if you are tempted to taste.
Get rid of crap in the house you will want to eat if it is not on plan.
