Medi Shakes

I have tried a few protein shakes but I like the medi ones best. I just wish that they weren't so expensive.

Has anybody found some less expensive good quality and good tasting shakes that aren't 2 dollars a serving?

I would really like to know!

Ohhh... same here! I would love an alternative, but yes, Medi Shakes do indeed taste the best. I currently have MRM Whey protein at home.... and it isn't nearly as tasty although the calories and ingredients match up to Medi

I've been using the EAS Lean 15 shake mix - large container for $18-$24 depending on where you get it from. Krogers regularly has it on sale for $17.99 - 100 cals per 2 scoops and 6 net carbs and I mix it with the unsweetened vanilla almond milk and sometimes throw in a little Splenda. It's really creamy and sweet and may be the closest you get to the Medi ones and a good price.
