Not losing weight need advice

I need advice, I lost 11.5 lbs in the first two weeks of the plan, then hit week three and gained 2lbs of water weight. week 4 I didnt gain but I didnt loose. So I went back to week one, and I still am not in ketoisis since week 3 and no weight loss. Im very frustrated and I feel like my medi clinic is really not giving me any advice or ways to change what Im doing. I still have 20lbs to go so its very frustrating.

First off, !! Hopefully we can figure this out! What do you typically eat in a day? The clinics seem to vary sometimes in what they do and do not allow, so maybe seeing your menu will help. And have you had any fat loss with the water weight gain? I'm not sure why you wouldnt be in ketosis since you went back to week 1. I'm usually back in within 2-3 days if i get knocked out. Is it possible your strips have gone bad? My clinic told me if i kept them in the bathroom theyd go bad. Some clinics also seem to be more helpful and supportive than others, which is really unfortunate. They should be trying to figure it out too!

Please list what you are eating, and i advise getting a digital scale, i find if i dont measure i overestimate what i eat, especially the veggies.
I calculate weight by grams rather than ounces.

Avoid carbs, bars, and protein shakes, and skip fruit.
