Calories per week
My calorie range for the first week is 650-850. Is it the same with everyone or does it depend on each individual?

It depends on the individual. I think it goes based on your weight and activity level. My range was 500-700 and had been like that from the first week.

Yeah, mine was set at 700. So I think Jessica is right.

Mine is 600-900, but we've realized I get the most results when I'm between 800-900 so that's what I shoot for.

Mine is set for 700 with no exersice. If I exercise it is higher.
