There's often a lot of discussion about ketosis on Medi.

Men, especially, have a way of putting things in perspective and taking the emotions out of debates.
I know that, personally, after intially checking for ketosis after 4 days and testing "mild" have never tested or worried about it since.
As you will see in the explanations, my clinic counselor (nurse practitioner) also confirmed that if I am working out regularly, including resistance training I will not see more than mild ketosis. But rest assured I'm in it.
I restarted a week ago and when I went to test over the weekend my strips had all gone bad so I never did test. I lost 12.4lbs and am eating clean so I decided not to bother buying another bottle. If I have a bad weigh in in the future I will get some more then :)
