Exercise Music
Maybe this is a good time to start a thread about music that you like to exercise to.
I have "Stronger" and "Catch My Breath" by Kelly Clarkson in my Playlist. BTW- I am a subscriber of a blog that posted details about a free download of exercise music-top 40 songs put to faster beats to get your heartrate up. If you are interested, message me and I will give you the details. I did it myself and thought it was worth sharing with all of you. It did take some time to download and isn't the original artists but it's nice to exercise to. |

I need to get "Stronger"...that's a good one. I have trouble finding good music...I'll hear something and think "ooh, that would be good" but then when I'm actually walking/running, I find the pace is off. I wonder if there is a program that allows you to speed up the tempo of any song.
I also struggle with music because years ago I stopped listening to new music. It's not often I just happen to hear a good song that I don't know. I've turned into that person that, as a teenager, I swore I'd never be!! I don't like the radio anymore!! |

Duh! I guess the private messages do not work.
Cricket-google something like "workout music". I received some songs like this from my brother awhile back. They take popular music and increase BPM to get your heart rate up. Right now, there is a code floating around the web for a free album from that tv series about losing weight. They play the same music during extreme workout classes and trust me, it gets you moving, even if you don't know the song. |

I didn't message you, I was just commenting. Oh, I have searched for workout music MANY times and just ended up disappointed by the lists I saw. So I've just been slowing compiling my favorites. I guess I'm just picky!
Hey, it would be fun to share our top ten favorite workout songs, or something.....!! |
