Thank you! I'm ridiculously happy with my results so far! I would recommend this program to anyone!
It's funny how your perspective changes things. There was a time when I didn't think I could go without my sweets and carbs. But now I find I get a lot of enjoyment from eating healthy. I just had blueberries, cottage cheese & a little Torani Vanilla Syrup, and it was soooooooo yummy! And knowing that something that tasted so good was also good for me made it even better!

Congratulations everyone!

I'm a confessed packrat so I have a wardrobe of various sizes to choose from. I had reached the point that I was going to have to buy bigger clothes or start losing. I decided to invest the $ in Medi and work my way into my smaller clothes.

As they no longer fit-they are out the door. No more big sizes.
