What healthy fats are allowed?
I had my first weigh in on Wed. I lost 3.6lbs!!! I also found out that I have a slow thyroid. This was all new to me, so I researched it when I got home and found out there are alot of foods I should avoid. However, COCONUT oil was said to be very beneficial. Just wondering if its considered okay on the Medi Weightloss plan?
Also my UA showed that I had a kidney infecion with some crystals. The nurse suggested that I drink lemon water for the citric acid. Does the lemon count as one of my fruits for the day?:dunno:
