Bah humbug! Another no loss week.
Actually, I lost 0.3 lbs water and gained 0.2 lbs fat, which technically means I lost 0.1 lbs. I wouldn't mind so much if it weren't for the fat gain (even if it is small). My clinic says I'm still doing good and not to worry, but you can't help but do so! I know I have been getting a little bit lax and letting my calories creep up. I will just have to work extra hard this week!

yes you will have those weeks. Just make sure you are doing what you supposed to be doing. And btw I found that your body will resist weightloss at certain stages. Just stick with and if happens again maybe add some physical excercise

Thanks! My clinic has been telling me to add more exercise for a while now, I've just got to actually do it. :-)
