Day 5 or 6 (i have a hard time keeping track but i think its 6). I am MISERABLE> !!! I'm not hungry but I miss my carbs and regular food ALOT. I want to loose this weight but I just am not sure I can keep up with this when mentally I'm feeling so deprived :/

I felt the same way and I had to do week 1 two times. But you can do it. Your almost done with the first week. Then week 2 gets better, you add more things in and start experimenting with recipes. So don't give up!

Hang in there! This is the hardest part, and it does get better. It really is like an addiction and going through withdrawal. Just know there will come a time when carbs no longer hold the appeal they once did. It happened for me and I was EXTREMELY doubtful at first!

Try not to focus on what you can't have and focus on what you can. There are very few meals that I used to make that I don't anymore. I made chicken parmesean the other day I just don't bread the chicken now. Ditto chicken cordon bleu. I've made schnitzel and corned beef and all sorts of great things. You can make mock crepes with egg white and sugar free jam or add a wedge of Laughing Cow strawberry or cinnamon and you have a mock blintz.
