Day 4- concerned
On Day four and had been doing ok with hunger until this afternoon. Ive been having craving whenever I see food that I'd normally eat. I'm not giving in to them (why waste money I'm paying by cheating) but I really don't want this to continue. I'm on the appetite meds. Does this go away?

Definitely, yes. The first week was really tough for me, but now I very rarely get really hungry or cravings. It does happen, but its much, much more infrequent, and I know I can get past it. I also found that for about the first two months, I was SO focused on food (what I could eat, what I will eat, what I'll eat tomorrow, etc). that it was kind of driving me crazy. But after 3.5 months I feel like I'm not near as 'obsessed' feeling as I used to be. Its beginning to get more automatic. So hang in there, it does get better!

Yesterday was my day 4 as well...and I felt the same way, but it was more so when I was at Walmart...at home I seem to be doing OK. Public places with food are the scary part for me right now. Chrissy |
Could be that I work at a hospital and the majority of people don't eat healthy so I'm seeing all their food and then in the afternoon the get icecream from downstairs. Today day 5 I'm still constiently thinking about food. :/ Hope it gets better

It's definitely hard...luckily I am a property manager and work on my own all day. So the office is empty, and the only food here is what I bring in.
