I'm the same, it fluctuates. In fact, it seems to go every other week for me. I lose 1, then 3, then .5, then 3.5, etc. I had one week I didn't lose any and I was really freaked out, but I lost 4 pounds the next week, so it evened out. Also, watch your water weight, because with it being hot out, you probably need more water to flush out your system. I gained water weight a couple of weeks ago when I was drinking the same amount as I always did. I finally figured out I was sweating a lot more than usual because of the crazy heat. Increasing my water intake helped me to lose it again.
