Appetizer for week 2?
I am in a ladies bunco group, and it is my turn to bring an appetizer. I would love to bring an appetizer that I can actually eat! I am in the acute phase in the second week. I have looked on the recipe site, but do not see an appetizer. Does anyone have any good ideas?

Deviled eggs, meat & cheese platter, veggie platter with ranch dressing made with fat free Greek yogurt, turkey meatballs (instead of bread crumbs use parmesan). That's all I can think of at the moment. Even if you brought something like sandwiches, you could just not eat the bread. Just make sure you keep track of what you eat and write it down. Have fun!

Something I made before medi that was always a hit was buffalo chicken dip...and it's something that you can have while on the program too with a couple of tweaks. Boil boneless chicken breast, then shred them. Mix with hot sauce, 2 blocks ff cream cheese, and ranch dressing (made w/ Greek yogurt. Put it in a baking dish, top with some ff cheddar cheese, and bake at 350 for 20-30 min. I used to serve it with tortilla chips but now I put out celery. Just don't go overboard with how much of it you eat!
