need help plz
i am doing medi weight loss and lost around 41 pounds in 3 months i have been working out while doing it but i am noticing some hanging skin around my arm which is very common for women but what can i do about it
skin tightning wrap or laser can it help
I'm no expert, but I've been looking into this because I'm worried about it too (I've lost around the same amount within the same time). From what I've read, the best thing to do is exercise or lift weights in order to build up the muscles. Aside from that, it just takes time for the skin to shrink back. How much it shrinks and the time it takes depends on your age, how much weight you've lost, and the person - some people are just born with better skin elasticity. I've read that doctors recommend waiting up to a year after losing weight before having any sort of surgery done for it, because it can take that long for it to catch up. I hope this helps!
