QUINOA?
I am on my 13th week of the acute phase on Medi and wanted to know if I can have quinoa. I'm starting to get bored with eating the same food all the time and wanted to know if this was another viable option. Does anyone know if I count it towards fat or protein? Thanks in advance.

Quinoa is a grain and is pretty high carb. According to the nutrition site that I use, it has 38 grams of carbs for 1 cup and is 71% carb.
