Ketosis help

I am on week 7. Initially, I went into ketosis easily. This past weekend, I went out of town to a wedding and ate/drank things that were not low carb. Normal (no-carb) eating was resumed on Monday but today is Thursday and I am STILL not back in ketosis!!!!

It can take up to 2 weeks.
