Scales
Do any of you weigh yourself at home? I have a regular digital scale, but am looking for aone that measures my fat mass and water percentage. Any suggestions? I just went on Amazon and they have them for $19.99 all the way over $100!
I wanted to stay in the range of around $50 or under. |

I only weigh myself once a week at home. I have a scale made by Omron that measures just about everything that the Tanita does. And it matches the one at the clinic.

The scales used to measure %fat, etc are at best an estimate and are often misleading. You are better off just measuring your weight.
