Off to a great start!
I just had my third weigh-in (may daughter and I are doing this together!), and I've lost 14 total. My daughter has lost 14.5. I started with a bang by losing 12 pounds the first week. The second week, I had so many issues with constipation (tmi), that I actually gained 1.5. The staff at MW told me I was not eating all of my protein calories, either, so I worked to correct both issues and lost 3 pounds this week.
I love the way I'm feeling, and I'm amazed at how I don't crave carbs anymore. I am a sweet-aholic, and I was eating a dessert every evening and sometime even more. Thats awesome, congrats!! It still amazes me that I crave salads rather than desserts!
