I'm not really sure.. If you do you'll probably lose ketosis and then have to go back to week 1 again. If you're ok with that then it'll probably be ok.

My birthday is this week and I told my PA that I really wanted a piece of chocolate cake for my birthday. She said it was OK to do that, but just be aware that I might have some headaches and cravings the next day or so.

i had a cheat this week, i had a slice of a thin crust large pizza. so 1/8 of a pizza. it was from a local place so i have no idea on the nutrition stats. but i told my pa this today when i went for my weigh in and they were totally fine with it. no scolding. i said i did not feel guilty at all and it satisfied my craving and it was worth it and she said these decisions are part of life and if i got right back on program i was fine. i asked if i needed to do 3 days of week 1 style eating to get back in ketosis she said no, just to go back to eating like i had been. i still lost 3.6lbs this week, which was week 5. i am thrilled, but trying to prepare myself to not lose anymore for a few weeks!!

One thing I was told when I did Medi the first time around and hit a plateau, was that my body had gone into starvation mode. In other words after a period of time, my body had adjusted to the lower calories and exercise and was therefore "holding on" to the weight. In order to "jump start" in back, I was told I had two options: 1) decrease the exercise or 2) increase food. I had to trick my body into understanding that it did not have to hold on to the fat any longer. When I cut out one day of exercise and increase my calories to about 700-800, it worked and I lost. I know it seems crazy that you have to eat more to lose but it worked!!
