So excited to start this!
I just wanted to share how excited I am about Medi. Although I'm not going to the clinics, I'm using the information given here to inspire me to become a better person.
A bit thankyou in advance to all the people who contribute to this forum, as it contains a wealth of knowledge.
I've previously done low-carb and low-fat together, and the weight-loss was fantastic. However, after a couple of days low-carbing, my mood would become quite low: frequent crying interrupted by sudden bursts of frustration or anger (my poor husband!), as well as cramping in my legs. I had to stop because it was putting a lot of strain on my relationship.
In hindsight, it was caused by low sodium. Other than oversalting foods, I've been trying to figure out how to have the fantastic weight loss AND the good mood. I've figured it out! Add salt to drinking water. Sea salt, rock salt, pink salt, table salt as a last resort.) What a genius idea, which I got from this website. Put it in a bottle, shake it up, good to go. I'm very thankful for the person who mentioned that. And a little bit annoyed the thought hadn't occurred to me earlier. :doh:
As I type this, I'm eating lotsa carbage so that I can start afresh tomorrow morning. Really looking forward to tomorrow.
