the herbal appetite suppressants...what do you think about them?

Mine started to creep up but I just started my medimelts and restricting carbs again, it went back down.

I am back on plan again for losing...goal was 125 got to 123 and now this a.m. I was 129:(:sad:

I am of the belief that they are more of a placebo than anything. I am on the herbals (due to BP issues) and wife is taking the script version. I took the script version once and it was akin to taking amphetamines, you definately noticed it...the herbals dont really make me feel any different, but I guess I am not that hungry most of the time, so perhaps it is doing something...I have a feeling its just in my head anyway.
