Week three and a question

So I just started week three and this morning I woke up feeling really weak. I am not sure if this is completely unrelated to my diet and wondered if anyone else has experienced this. I have been drinking enough water, and have been getting enough rest.

I consume my 600-800 cals a day, as well as my vegetable and fat.

Thank you!

While I haven't personally felt weak during my 6 weeks on the program, I have read that others have. Make sure you're eating, drinking and taking all vitamins as prescribed by your center. Everyday can feel different, so be patient and you'll get through it. Looks like you've done amazingly well already! :-)

Are you feeling better? Have you been drinking your electrolytes, too?

Feeling better today...no weakness this morning! Thanks for the reply and for asking. I just want to make sure that I am on top of everything that is happening with my body that way I can report it to the clinic if something is amiss.

@ Gemini6860: I have been very vigilant about taking all my prescribed vitamins, but I am working on a modified medication schedule because I work nights and days. So on my transition day (the day after a night shift), I have been advised to only take one AS before 3pm and skip the other two doses because I won't be able to go back to sleep at night. I also take both my calcium then, but spread the omega3 throughout the day and skip the fat burner. Maybe it was just a fluke.

@ MathSci: Thanks for asking, yes I feel much better today. Drinking some electrolyte water as we speak.
