QUESTION
 
If I cook with 1 tsp EVOO will that count towards my fat for the day?

Also, I have been reading recipes which involve almond milk and whey protein scoops... how do I log that in my journal? Do both count as protein calories?

Hi mrs_d! I think that would count towards your fat for the day. As for the almond milk and whey protein.. The whey protein you log under your protein calories but I was told the almond milk goes in the "additional items consumed" section in the journal.
