Help re-starting the plan
Hi! I was on this forum and on the medi plan last year until I got pregnant in June. Now I'm back and ready to continue my journey to get this weight off, but I'm having a very hard time getting back on plan! Has anyone else gone off and then tried to get back on? How did you do it? I feel like I'm failing at it and some of the stuff that tasted good to me before (like using the truvia in things instead of sugar) tastes awful. I've bought the foods I just can't stay on plan.
