Advice on getting over that plateau ???
Hey everyone!! Pretty frustrated right now. Sticking to the plan. No cheating. Gym on a reg with cardio as well as some weights for toning... Haven't gained but totally at a stall. 2.3 lbs in 3 weeks. I'm not far from goal. I feel great. Just confused on the loss....or lack there of. Anyone else get to this point? I am wanting to stop going to weekly acute visits. Save my self some money ya know? Idk. Just frustrated
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Oxox. |

How my stall is breaking (!). I have been following this thread for a bit. Seems interesting, was thinking of asking clinic about it.

Also, if you typically are routined with foods switch out a couple things. Like I always do a shake for breakfast, if I feel stalled I will switch out for eggs or do some different meals.

I completely understand wanting to lose more, but I don't think 2.3 in 3 weeks is really a stall. Since you are getting closer to goal, and your body has adapted, I think it's natural that your loss has slowed. Was any of those 3 weeks TOM?
I would try shaking things up with your food selection and workouts. And ask your clinic about it -- are they concerned? You're doing great! |
