So I am leaving my current job, and they had a little lunch party for me. They are so sweet they know I am not eating sugar so they bought a sugar free cake... so I had a small slice, knowing it had some carbs... I dont think it was destructive but still... It was so considerate that I didn't want to take away from the moment and be a downer.

However, i had no desire to stuff my face with 10 more pieces so in a way a small victory.

that is awsome! Im going on a cruise in less than a month and I hope I have the same courage u did!
