Week 2 questions
I am wondering if anyone has tried Josephs low carb pita bread made with flax and oat bran- it is 60 calories for a whole pita & 4g of carbs. I feel so guilty eating it but I usually have half which is only 2 carbs! Also, I did great week one- lost 9.4lbs but I'm realizing that being able to add new items into the diet is making me want to eat more; I'm thinking because I have so many more options! Any advice to keep me on track is appreciated! I have 100+ lbs to lose!

I was told at my clinic that no grains of any type would be introduced till goal weight was met. I personally wouldn't do it now ESP if your only in week two. I would def speak with your clinic before you do so
Good luck. It's a great program. |

My clinic has a box with empty food cartons and things in it to show some examples of what you can have. Yesterday I noticed they had an empty tortilla wrap bag and asked about it. She told me low carb wraps and things are ok every now and then. Definitely ask your clinic though because some seem to have different guidelines they go by! Good luck, you'll do great!

Thanks for replying- I did call & they confirmed it is fine especially if I'm only consuming a 1/2 of a pita which is only 2g of carbs! I will use in moderation because they are addicting!

Wow I had no idea such things were allowed... I think that may be a slippery slope for me anyway...think I'll probably just avoid the grains...
