My clinic has ok'd breyers carb smart ice cream. They told me its ok just not an every day thing, and as long as I can have 1 serving and move on. I get breyers carb smart fudge bars. They're pretty good, and definitely help a sweet or chocolate craving. The nutritionist also told me about some jello mousse that is sugar free and ok to have, but I haven't tried it yet.

I like the guiltless almond cookies from here and keep the necessary ingredients handy. I also just ordered some unsweetend coconut & oil to try and make some new treats too. The almond cookies are easy and limited ingredients!

I make jello !!! I take one package of jello. Boil it then pour into muffin pan ( lightly sprayed w Pam). Stick it in the fridge for a couple hours then pull them out and put them in a bowl. A grab one whenever I need something sweet. Sometimes I add a little sprinkle of gelitine to the mix to make them even chewier. nice fix
