Day #1 in Baltimore
Wooo Hooo! 4:22 p.m. on Day #1 and I've survived quite nicely. I'm so excited for week #1 to finish successfully so I can get to my first weigh in. There are no MWLC in Maryland, so I'll be driving to Lansdowne VA next Tuesday. I can't wait for some confirmed progress.
I've prepared a few days of meals so I won't be tempted to pick while cooking. I think I'm more concerned with how I'll consume so much liquid each day. I'm reading every single post and appreciate how much wisdom is out there. If you have any advice on surviving week #1, please share.
I am on week 2!!! Let me tell you on my week one there were some challenges as my body got used to its new way of eating!! But I got through it. For me I was a snacker and a sweet eater. Sugarless gum saved me. It settled my tummy if it was upset too. So I am all about the sugarless gum. Once you get to week 2 it is GREAT...u can have veggies!!!! I feel a lot better since I have a variety now:) Good luck!!! My first week I was down 9.5 pounds!!! This program is the BEST!!!
