Hey...good to see everyone doing well.
I started having some hayfever or other sinus issue from hell weekend before last.
Throat was raw for over a week.
Sinuses wouldn't stop draining, regardless of what I tried.
Things didn't taste right.
Very difficult to get all the fluids in.
That finally started to fade.
Now I'm taking Mucinex to clear the congestion from that out.

Usually the stuff I have at home will knock any hayfever/sinus issue I get right into the dirt....but not this time.

So I took a week off.
Plan to go back either this Friday or next Monday.


For anyone who isn't aware.....Texas is also known as Allergy Hell.
But I wouldn't live anywhere else cause it's home.

Wow week 3 weigh in a disappointing .4 loss...same as last week although I knew why..this week not so much. I'm pretty upset..that adds up to be about $160 for the 1 lb loss. I'm really going to work at exercising more this week and hope for a better week next Monday. It'll be my last weigh in before my trip to thailand .

I had my 7th weigh in today and was down 2.9lbs, mostly all fat I'm down 28.4 in 7 weeks. People are really starting to notice a difference now and it feels great! Hope everyone else has great weigh ins this week!

I'm sorry to hear that you had a disappointing weigh in did your fat go down? When I've had slower weeks I've usually still lost some fat and that makes me feel better about it. I hope you have a fantastic number next weigh in to make up for it!

thats what I was wondering, one week I lost about the same, gained water and lost fat. I will gladly take that trade since water will adjust.

Thx Jessica...yes my fat was down 1 lb and I was up in water... I guess I wrap my head around the scale number too much..that's one reason it's impossible for me to weigh at home. Still I expected to see a greater loss...I will make sure I get in there for my midweek shots too.. As I said this is my last week before vacation...which I know is going to be a struggle in itself.. It's impossible to stay at 500 calories on a 34 hr trip overseas..plus it will be hard to stay on plan while there.. I have my work cut out for me...

I weigh at home every day. Bad habit I know, but I still do it haha. Did they have any insight as to why it wasn't more? My water goes up and then back down every weigh in. You are still going in the right direction and that's a great thing! At my weigh in yesterday I was told again that I can increase veggies. They told me week 3 that I could increase and last night she pretty much said as long as they are raw or just steamed with nothing added veggies are pretty much 'unlimited'.. Anyone else been told this?

Great job Andy... @ Jessica ..she told me to increase my protein to no less than 600 cal a day.. I work crazy hours many days I'm up at 330am & return home at 8 pm so my cals are usually eaten by 2 pm...I'm not hungry after that & usually just grab a salad..but with eating every 3-4 hrs it goes fast. My clinic just said the 1 cup of raw or 1/2 cooked veggies plus I can have iceberg lettuce on top of that. I'm def getting both sets of inj this wk to see if it makes a difference. Thx for the support

Yesterday I didnt lose or gain on the scale, but I lost 1lb of fat and gained 1lb of water... I am staying on plan, but have had alot of stress and not alot of good sleep, which I know can factor into weightloss and general health.

Had a weird weigh-in last week. I went in the afternoon instead of morning so I don't know if that was the difference or something else. It showed a slight gain overall, but a gain of >4 pounds water, which threw everything else off to show a >6 pound fat loss (which did make my fat percentage look good!).

This week made more sense -- lost 2.8 overall, water is back where it has been, and down 3 pounds fat in 2 weeks.

Total is now........drum roll........... 51.2!!! Can't believe it!!!
