Just wondering if anyone else on this forum is in the DURHAM,NC clinic. Would be nice to buddy up!!! And help motivate each other, as I am just starting out!

I actually weigh in on Thursday and today was my first weigh in I Lost 7lbs on 1.5 of fat the rest water. Not really happy about that. I was told that I worked out to much and it was counterproductive with the small amount of carbs I was taking in. I was told to limit my workouts to two times a week 30 minutes max.

I was weighed today and only lost 0.8 lbs. I did lose 6 pounds of fat though... still I am a little disappointed that I didn't lose more. I know what I did this week anyways... didn't eat enough to keep my metabolism up and didn't drink enough water. The night shift is messing my diet up! Strangely enough when I'm working j eat a bit more consistently ...I really need to be vigilant about taking all my supplements as well.

Oh well... we will see how I do next week. Hope you all have a great week!
