Wanted to share yummy treat!!
Hey all. Hope you all had a great weekend...
So I still needed 150 calories But didn't want to make something fancy or eat another piece of chicken!!!!!! So I took one plain chobini (100) 1 splenda , and 1/2 scoop of chocolate shake (50) and like 1/2 tbs of PB2 ( which is fabulous btw!!). Mixed it all together and put like one tbs of fat free sugar few cool whip on top. Omg!!!!!! I'm in love!!!!!!! Try it. PB2 in case your wondering is powdered peanut butter. Minus the fat from oils. It's just straight crushed peanuts. U can add water to it and it gets creamy just like the regular kind. It is so good!!!! So that's it. Week 8 starts Tuesday. Wow. Has it been 8 weeks already? ![]() |

Made a version (don't have chocolate shake). GREAT!
Fage - Total 0% Greek Yogurt Plain, 0.5 cup Davinci - Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup, 1.5 Tbsp Pb2, 1 tbsp Hershey's Cocoa - Natl Unsweetened Cocoa, 1 tbsp 98 cals, 8 net carbs, 15 protein Next time may try with chocolate Davinici! |
