I have lost 63.3 LBS TO DATE. !!!!

I have lost over 20% of my body weight

Fantastic, Andy! And thanks! I got the all-clear from my doctor to go back to MWL and exercising and I can't wait! I know how much I need the support after being gone for the past couple of weeks! I've changed my weigh-in days to Tuesday mornings now because of my summer work schedule so I'll be there bright and early this Tuesday morning.

It's so good to be back! Lost 3.6 pounds this past week! That is so much better than the 0.5 pounds per week I have been losing lately. I really tried to do some exercise every day this past week and looks like that really helped. My grand total is now 88.4 pounds lost since January!

Hope everyone is doing well!

Started at 280.2 on April 26th. I'm now at 234.0. I lost another 4.2 lbs. I've really kicked it into gear since hubby left (Afghanistan). I'm determined to be down 100 lbs total by Christmas. I'll need to lose nearly 3 lbs/week every week to make that goal.

Wow, Bahet!! It's been forever since I had a weight loss of 4+ pounds!! Great job!!

I had my weigh-in on Tuesday and lost 2.4 pounds, which I was thrilled with! I'm finally into the 250's!! They said my water weight was up and I had lost 6.7 pounds in fat. Lifting weights and walking must be helping! I'm up to 90.8 pounds lost now and will have my 30 lb bloodwork drawn next visit. I sure hope that cholesterol level is down! And this morning, I was able to fit into a size smaller jeans!

Now just need to lose 9.2 lbs to reach that 100 pounds lost mark!! I'm really hoping I can do that by Labor Day!

I haven't been to my clinic in a week and a half ( was sick last week)... only to weigh myself this morning after working all night and the scale says I have gained 5 pounds! I don't know what to think but am freaking out.

Wondering if I should go back to week one ( I haven't deviated from my diet but not been as vigilant with measuring and weighing food) . I plan on weighing myself again this afternoon.

Anybody else have any suggestions?

Mrs_d: The clinic might do tell you something different, but when I've deviated from my diet I've never gone back to week one and done just protein. Also, your scales at home could be off or you could easily be retaining water since you have been sick.

I had my weekly weigh-in this morning and lost 3.4 lbs! I'm gaining on that 100 pound loss mark! I've lost 94.2 lbs so far! Still a lot more to go, but can only take it one day at a time.

Just got back from the clinic and lost 1.4 lbs at 67.6 lbs

hope to hit the 70 lb mark next week !!!!

Lost 3.6 lbs this past week! Hoping to lose at least 2.2 lbs this week so I can get to that 100 pounds lost mark! Also got my labwork back and my cholesterol is still high. I just can't seem to get it down. And I'll have to check, but I think my LDL was higher than it usually is. All the other numbers are great but just can't seem to get the cholesterol down.

Got so busy with going back to work/school this week that I forgot to update! Lost 1.5 pounds so not quite to that 100 pounds lost mark. And I don't know that I'll be getting to that mark this week with all the food I've been eating at the back-to-school breakfasts and lunches we had this week! Still plugging along though.... Going out shopping tomorrow so I can buy some clothes that actually fit!

FINALLY hit the 100 lb lost mark! My motivation has been lacking and haven't been doing a great job of following the plan. But I've got a long way to go so I'm hoping to find some motivation here soon!

I love this thread! You are all so amazing and an inspiration to me. I started Medi on Oct 1, 2012. I weighed 252 on the first visit. Need to get down to 130. I lost 10.5 pounds in the first 2 weeks. Exciting! I do need to start working in some walking, sounds like it has helped some of you. I feel like things are going well for now but I am glad to see that if I need it (which I will) I can come on here.
The only question I have at the moment is what are you using for snacks that are portable? I know about turkey jerky, almonds and protein bars. What else should I try?

i addition to the things you listed for snacks, i use the EAS brand prepared shakes. they arent thick like the medi ones, but they are portable. i also like the atkins mocha prepared shakes. they do have like 160 calories, so i used them on days i exercise a lot and need more protein calories anyway. oh, also boiled eggs if i have a cooler.
