4th week and lost 1.3 lbs :( but still a loss..
and I followed the program to a TEEEEE...eating about 550 to 650 calories a day..I'm a little bummed but it is still a loss. I don't lose weight easily for some reason..but I'm sticking with it!! no matter what!!! I really thought I was going to have a better week because I have been so dedicated to this program and feel I'm doing everything right..this will be a tough week because it is my big birthday! lots of parties..going to practice good judgement on all my meals :)

Are you staying in ketosis? Is the 1.3 pounds based on the scale, or is that fat loss? Maybe you are retaining water and just need to drink more?

For the past 6 months I usually had a loss like that, every 3rd week or so. So I might lose 3 pounds each for a few weeks than have a 1.5# loss...followed by say 2.5#, then a almost 3#..then back to a 1.4 or 1.3#.

I really think my body was adjusting to the big losses the other weeks and in all cases I was still losing fat each and every week...ask the clinic to tell you how much fat vs water (vs muscle!..hopefully not) you are losing.

If your body is burning fat, you are doing fine. Look back, add it all up and keep going. What motivated me was looking back at my own attempts to lose weight when I would lose a pound a week if I was lucky...and often had 2, 3 weeks of no weight loss followed by a big whopping 1 or 2 pounds later. I would end up losing maybe 3 pounds a MONTH and eating just 1100 to 1200 calories.

Low carb curbs your appetitie and ketosis revs up the fat burning....keep on trucking!
